PACS was formed in 2002 to provide specialist service to the Perth domestic computer market. The business’ view was to offer people a personalised service second to none.

In the domestic market the normal practice is for a consumer to purchase a computer from a retailer, then take the boxes home and try to set up the computer on their own with no knowledge of where to start.

PACS provides a comprehensive service whereby the computer is built, delivered and then installed on site. PACS has earned a reputation for fast professional service.

This approach has been very successful resulting in PACS continuing to expand, including into the commercial SME market. PACS has been restructured by merging with the DGC Holdings group of companies resulting in DGC Services Pty Ltd being formed in January 2005.
