Introduction

DGC Services Pty Ltd (“DGC Services”) is a provider of Information Technology solutions to:-

1. small to medium size enterprises (“SME”), and
2. domestic computer users.

DGC Services trades as DGC Computer Services (SME market) and Phill Arangio’s Computer Service (“PACS”) (domestic market). DGC Services is an Australian owned company with its offices located in Willetton Perth Western Australia. Our company is a market-driven provider of consulting, implementing and supporting services in Information technology.

As a systems integrator, DGC Services takes full responsibility for the implementation of high quality “Open-Ended” Information Technology solutions. This ensures the customer has perpetual and enterprise-wide access to support.

When proposing a technical solutions, our approach is to involve the client in the decision making process. An agreement containing a detailed functional specification is jointly formulated, ensuring that all the members of the project team focus on the business of providing solutions to meet the client’s needs.

Our training policy ensures that staff are exposed to an appropriate mix of technical and business training.

Prior to proposing a solution we ensure a familiarisation with the customers system and assign appropriately accredited engineers to the implementation and support roles.

Our understanding of business operation is reflected by our ability to be flexible in the delivery of services. Support and maintenance contracts are customised to meet the customer's specific needs.
